Working out is one of the best things that you can do for your body. It keeps you fit and healthy...duh! An hour a day of exercising is perfect. Now to make sure that you don't get bored we put togethor a group of songs that's perfect for a thirty minute work-out. You just put the songs on your ipod in the order we have them in and you'll be set. It doesn't matter what you're doing, running, biking, using the eliptical machine, rock climbing, whatever. Actually swimming might not work unless you have a water proof ipod haha. Anyways here's the list of songs.
